-Cake Care Instructions-

  • Pick up and carry cake from the bottom only.

  • Keep the cake level at all times, including transportation and refrigeration.

  • Transport the cake in an air-conditioned vehicle away from loose objects.

  • Transport cake in a cooler if traveling outside of Columbus, NE.

  • Do not leave cake in vehicle.

  • Store cake in the box in the refrigerator.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat when not in refrigerator.

  • Store cake in fridge for up to three days.

  • Take the cake out of the fridge 1 hour before serving and serve at room temperature.

  • Use a sturdy cake stand at least one inch wider than the cake board.

  • Store the leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container.

-Refunds and Cancellations-

  • Each cake and bakery item sent out are made fresh to order, in house. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our store. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds on damaged cakes and pastries.

  • We recognize that plans change and are willing to accommodate any changes to your order. However, custom orders cannot be cancelled any less than three days before the pickup date. We will require payment for these items to cover the ever-rising costs of ingredients, and the time and labor that went into preparing your custom order. Deposits will also not be refunded if order is cancelled any less than three days before the pickup date.
